1. No account yet? Click "Sign Up" at the top right
2. Already have an account? Enter your email and password, then click "SIGN IN"

Some events let you buy tickets without signing in. You can skip this step

Choose an event

1. On the "All Events" page, click the "BUY TICKET" button for the event you are interested in

If the button says Coming Soon, sales have not opened yet

Read the event details

1. Check the date, time and venue
2. Read the event details, then scroll down to the "Select Tickets" section

Choose a ticket type

1. Read the details and conditions of each ticket type, then click "GET TICKETS"

Tickets marked Sold Out or Coming Soon cannot be selected yet

Choose the number of tickets

1. Click + / − to choose the number of tickets

The maximum per purchase is set by the organizer. Some events limit it to 1 ticket

Fill in the details and confirm

1. Fill in any information the organizer asks for, e.g. whether you want a receipt / tax invoice
2. Check the quantity and price, then click "CONFIRM PURCHASE"

Review your order

1. Check that the event name, zone and number of tickets are correct before paying

Choose a payment method

1. There are 3 options: Credit / Debit card, PromptPay QR or Internet / Mobile Banking

Pay within 15 minutes

1. You have 15 minutes to pay. If time runs out, the tickets are released back to the system
2. Have a discount code? Enter it in the Promo Code field and click APPLY
3. Check the total, then click "PAY NOW". You will be taken to the 2C2P payment page

Pay by credit / debit card

1. Enter the card number, expiry date, CVV, name on the card and email
2. Click "Continue payment", then enter the OTP sent by your bank

Follow only the method you chose · This page is provided by the payment provider 2C2P

Pay with PromptPay QR

1. Enter the payer's name and email, then click "Generate QR code"
2. Scan the QR with your banking app, or click "Save QR" and open it from your banking app

Pay with Internet / Mobile Banking

1. Choose your bank
2. Enter the payer's details
3. Click "Continue payment", then scan the QR or pay through the banking app you selected

Payment successful

1. You will be returned to XPass. Click "View My Tickets" to open your tickets

If you paid by QR or a banking app, this page may first show "Verifying payment". Do not pay again. The status will update shortly on its own

2. Choose "My Tickets"

On a computer, the "My Tickets" menu is in the top bar

Show your entry QR

1. Show the QR code to staff to scan at the entrance

1. Tap an available seat (orange outline). Selected seats turn solid orange, and grey seats are already taken

If the event has multiple sessions, choose a date and session first so the seat map can be shown

Fill in the details and confirm

1. Fill in any information the organizer asks for, e.g. whether you want a receipt / tax invoice
2. Check the quantity and price, then click "CONFIRM SEATING"

Review your order

1. Check that the event name, zone and number of tickets are correct before paying
